Whether used alone or togther with other products from our wood protection range, our Classic All Purpose Woodtains provides a superior finihs each and every time.Exterior Wood Stain for the Home and Garden Sadolin Classic All Purpose Woodstain penetrates deeply into wood and timber to provide exceptional protection as well as a rich, translucent matt to semi-matt finish. Used alone, this solvent-based wood stain is ideal for covering large areas of timber such as decking, fencing, wooden cladding and garden buildings, making it the perfect choice for transforming most outdoor wood and garden surfaces. This versatile product also acts as a great basecoat for new external doors and window frames which can then be overcoated with Sadolin Extra, Sadolin Clearcoat, Sadolin Yacht Varnish or Sadolin Outdoor Varnish for a durable, protective finish. Our advanced formulation means that Sadolin Classic All Purpose Woodstain offers increased wood protection and resists peeling and flaking, keeping wooden fencing, garden furniture, sheds and playhouses looking great all year round. Add Colour and Protection to Interior Wood. Not only suitable for exterior and garden surfaces, Sadolin Classic All Purpose Woodstain is also an excellent choice for staining interior wood and adding colour to features inside the home. This product can be used on a multitude of different rooms and features, from staining wooden flooring, staircases, and beams through to decorating a home office or upcycling furniture – simply add a protective topcoat of Sadolin Polyurethane Varnish or Sadolin Polyurethane Floor Varnish for a hard-wearing finish.
PREPARATION:
We recommend a trial application before you start. The nal colour will depend on the original colour and the number of coats applied.
NEW OR BAREWOOD: Timber exposed to the weather for 4 weeks or more should be sanded back to a clean sound surface. Wipe down bare timber with a cloth dampened with methylated spirits. Do not use white spirit. If using a non-durable timber treat with Sadolin Wood Preserver first.
PREVIOUSLY PAINTED OR VARNISHED SURFACES: Strip bare and treat as new wood.
PREVIOUSLY WOODSTAINED SURFACES: Roughsawn: Clean surfaces with a mild detergent solution using a sti non-metallic bristle brush to remove any loose particles. Rinse with clean water. Alternatively a pressure washer may be used. Allow surfaces to dry completely. Smooth planed surfaces: Any loose, aking coating should be removed by use of a scraper and abrasive paper. Any grey denatured timber should be mechanically sanded back to a clean sound surface. Any mould and algal growth must be eradicated using a suitable fungicide/algicide. Wash surfaces with a mild detergent and rinse with clean water. Allow tofully dry. Wipe all surfaces with a cloth dampened with methylated spirits. As with all coatings preparation is key and poor preparation will result in poor coating performance

What is our Returns Policy/ I Have received the wrong items?
If the error is on our side for example you have been sent the wrong stock or the item arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange for a collection with dpd etc. If it is a no faut return we will refund you the value of your order minus the delivery and return fee.

When placing and order on toplinebolands.ie you will be given the option to choose to click and collect at the checkout. When click and collect is selected you will be then notified when your order is processed and will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible when your item(s) will be ready for collection.
PLEASE NOTE: The average time for orders to be processed is 2 hours.
Please bring proof of purchase either via a physical printed copy or alternatively a digital copy on your phone in order for our staff to double check your order details and finalise your collection.
We also offer a contactless Click and Collect. This will be done through having two designated click and collect parking slots in the back of the store. When you arrive you simply call the number on the signage and the goods will be brought out to your car.
In replace of this you will be also able to come in store in order to collect you click and collect.
