Direction for use: Simply light the tip of your Di Giuliani Incense Stick and wait for it to glow. Then blow out the flame and place in an incense holder for a beautiful fragrance throughout your home.
Warning: For fragrance use only. Store and use out of reach of children and animals. Burn away from all flammable items and materials. Never leave burning incense unattended. Ensure that all ashes fall onto heat and fireproof surface. Burn incense in open or well-ventilated areas only.

What is our Returns Policy/ I Have received the wrong items?
If the error is on our side for example you have been sent the wrong stock or the item arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange for a collection with dpd etc. If it is a no faut return we will refund you the value of your order minus the delivery and return fee.

When click and collect is selected you will be then notified when your order is processed and will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible when your item(s) will be ready for collection.
PLEASE NOTE: The average time for orders to be processed is 2 hours.
Please bring proof of purchase either via a physical printed copy or alternatively a digital copy on your phone in order for our staff to double check your order details and finalise your collection.
We also offer a contactless Click and Collect. This will be done through having two designated click and collect parking slots in the back of the store. When you arrive you simply call the number on the signage and the goods will be brought out to your car.
In replace of this you will be also able to come in store in order to collect you click and collect.
