Standard Delivery typically take between 2-5 working days. Working days are Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays.
Our partners at DPD will typically send you an email within 24 hours of your delivery detailing a time of when your parcel should arrive. These are subject to external factors outside of our control that may delay your order such as dangerous weather conditions.

We currently deliver to all 32 counties in Ireland and Northern Ireland on the main land only.

What is our Returns Policy/ I Have received the wrong items?

If the error is on our side for example you have been sent the wrong stock or the item arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange for a collection with dpd etc.  If it is a no faut return we will refund you the value of your order minus the delivery and return fee.

When placing and order on toplinebolands.ie you will be given the option to choose to click and collect at the checkout. When click and collect is selected you will be then notified when your order is processed and will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible when your item(s) will be ready for collection.

PLEASE NOTE:  The average time for orders to be processed is 2 hours.

Please bring proof of purchase either via a physical printed copy or alternatively a digital copy on your phone in order for our staff to double check your order details and finalise your collection.

We also offer a contactless Click and Collect. This will be done through having two designated click and collect parking slots in the back of the store. When you arrive you simply call the number on the signage and the goods will be brought out to your car.

In replace of this you will be also able to come in store in order to collect you click and collect.

 This Item is a "special order" item. We generally dont keep this item in our warehouse but instead order it on per need basis. This item would generally be a 2-3 working day lead time and shipped to you the next working day. 

If for what ever reason an item is unavailable our sales team will contact you directly and advise you of an alternative. 


It would be good practice to allow 1-2 weeks before you receive your product. 


Deliveries are "kerbside only" ,so the handler will get the item as close to your door as is safely possible 


Due to the extent of product we offer we use multiple shipping services so shipping details will be forwarded to you when the item(s) are ready to go.
