The RoofLITE SFX slate flashing is suitable for slate roofs which are between 0 - 16mm (2 x 8mm) thick.
The flashing is an essential and key element of a roof window installation. The purpose of the flashing is to ensure a watertight connection with the roof by guiding the drainage away from the window.
The RoofLITE SFX slate flashing is suitable for all flat roofing materials, such as slate, shingle, asphalt, bitumen and chipping, with a thickness of between 0 to 16 mm (2 x 8 mm). The bottom part and the segmented side (soaker) parts of the flashing ensure tightness and a perfect fit in every kind of flat roofing material.
RoofLITE's SFX flashings are made of aluminium (lead-free) in the same colour grey as the cladding parts of the RoofLITE roof windows. The RoofLITE SFX slate flashing is resistant to any type of weather and even to UV radiation. To ensure complete water tightness, it has been tested under the most extreme weather conditions. The high quality of the SFX slate flashing is supported by a 10-year guarantee.
The flashing is very easy to install using the instruction manual that comes with every RoofLITE roof window. The box includes the cladding parts (and the flashing parts itself).
The 10-year guarantee on RoofLITE roof window is only valid when (correctly) installed with RoofLITE flashing.

Our partners at DPD will typically send you an email within 24 hours of your delivery detailing a time of when your parcel should arrive. These are subject to external factors outside of our control that may delay your order such as dangerous weather conditions.

What is our Returns Policy/ I Have received the wrong items?
If the error is on our side for example you have been sent the wrong stock or the item arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange for a collection with dpd etc. If it is a no faut return we will refund you the value of your order minus the delivery and return fee.

When click and collect is selected you will be then notified when your order is processed and will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible when your item(s) will be ready for collection.
PLEASE NOTE: The average time for orders to be processed is 2 hours.
Please bring proof of purchase either via a physical printed copy or alternatively a digital copy on your phone in order for our staff to double check your order details and finalise your collection.
We also offer a contactless Click and Collect. This will be done through having two designated click and collect parking slots in the back of the store. When you arrive you simply call the number on the signage and the goods will be brought out to your car.
In replace of this you will be also able to come in store in order to collect you click and collect.
