RoofLITE+ SFF VINTAGE flashing is an essential accessory needed for the installation of roof windows into slate with a profile height of up to 16 mm (2x8 mm), in roofs with a pitch of between 20° and 90°.
The SFF Flashing comes in black to match the RoofLITE+ conservation roof window. The flashing allows a 40 mm deeper installation in the roof structure than regular RoofLITE+ flashings.
SFF VINTAGE flashing has an extra-long aluminium apron that guarantees an ideal fit with roofing materials, making it the perfect solution for any roof. The result is full tightness of fit, whatever the weather conditions. An additional foam gasket prevents rain or snow penetration.
The package includes protective components for the RoofLITE+ conservation window frame.

What is our Returns Policy/ I Have received the wrong items?
If the error is on our side for example you have been sent the wrong stock or the item arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange for a collection with dpd etc. If it is a no faut return we will refund you the value of your order minus the delivery and return fee.

When placing and order on toplinebolands.ie you will be given the option to choose to click and collect at the checkout. When click and collect is selected you will be then notified when your order is processed and will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible when your item(s) will be ready for collection.
PLEASE NOTE: The average time for orders to be processed is 2 hours.
Please bring proof of purchase either via a physical printed copy or alternatively a digital copy on your phone in order for our staff to double check your order details and finalise your collection.
We also offer a contactless Click and Collect. This will be done through having two designated click and collect parking slots in the back of the store. When you arrive you simply call the number on the signage and the goods will be brought out to your car.
In replace of this you will be also able to come in store in order to collect you click and collect.
