Tetrion Graffiti Remover is a fast and effective way to remove unwanted spray paint, marker pen, ink and crayon from brickwork, glass, wood and metal without a trace. Can also be used to remove permanent pen from whiteboards and is suitable for use on smooth or rough surfaces. Formulation contains a clinging agent making the product ideal for use on vertical surfaces. Can also be rinsed using water.
Preparation: Always wear eye protection and gloves. Ensure good ventilation. Extinguish all naked flames. Do not smoke. Mask over with polythene sheet all plastic surfaces including uPVC doors and windows. Test a small area first. Always point away from face.
Application
Shake bottle well and hold upright at all times, ensuring trigger points towards required area. Spray on affected area from 30cm.
Depress trigger and apply a generous even coat of product over graffiti. Wait 5 to 10 minutes and test for effectiveness. Leave for up to 30 minutes if necessary but do not allow paint/graffiti remover mixture to dry.
On smooth surfaces wash down with water and wipe with a clean dry cloth. On rough surfaces work product into surface with a stiff brush, before flushing with plenty of water.
Repeat process if necessary.

What is our Returns Policy/ I Have received the wrong items?
If the error is on our side for example you have been sent the wrong stock or the item arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange for a collection with dpd etc. If it is a no faut return we will refund you the value of your order minus the delivery and return fee.

We also offer a contactless Click and Collect. This will be done through having two designated click and collect parking slots in the back of the store. When you arrive you simply call the number on the signage and the goods will be brought out to your car.
In replace of this you will be also able to come in store in order to collect you click and collect.
