Zinsser B-I-N Primer Sealer Aerosol - 400ml is a shellac based primer, sealer and stain killer. It is perfect for use on interior surfaces and for spot priming exterior surfaces. This primer adheres to glossy surfaces, even glass, without the need for scuff sanding. It will block stubborn and persistent stains. This primer also blocks all kinds of odours from smoke and fire damage to pet and nicotine. It dries in 15 minutes and can be recoated in 45 minutes.
