Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer Sealer - 5 Litre is a high performance, quick drying water based primer sealer. This primer effectively primes and seals a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces and also prevents rust formation when applied over clean ferrous metal such as iron and steel. It is mould and mildew-resistant, making it ideal for high-humidity areas such as bathrooms and laundry rooms. It permanently and completely seals stains such as graffiti, grease spots, tar and asphalt. This primer is compatible with all top coat paint and bonds to all surfaces including ceramic, tiles, galvanising, aluminium, glass, gloss paint and PVC.
