TECHNICAL INFORMATION All measurements are in Height by Width. Heat output based on Delta ΔT60°C. Comes with pre-fitted flow diverter, fitted in the middle of the bottom header. For indirect heating systems only. Corrosion inhibitor must be added to the heating system and maintained. Tappings are the width of the rail and 38mm off the wall. Projection from wall is 76mm. Price includes radiator and wall fixing sets. Valves / towel hangers are extra. * Maximum 3 towel hangers can be fitted on 1800mm vertical Trent radiator.

What is our Returns Policy/ I Have received the wrong items?
If the error is on our side for example you have been sent the wrong stock or the item arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange for a collection with dpd etc. If it is a no faut return we will refund you the value of your order minus the delivery and return fee.

When click and collect is selected you will be then notified when your order is processed and will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible when your item(s) will be ready for collection.

Please bring proof of purchase either via a physical printed copy or alternatively a digital copy on your phone in order for our staff to double check your order details and finalise your collection.
We also offer a contactless Click and Collect. This will be done through having two designated click and collect parking slots in the back of the store. When you arrive you simply call the number on the signage and the goods will be brought out to your car.
In replace of this you will be also able to come in store in order to collect you click and collect.
