You can apply this roof sealant from the Thompson's High performance range to exterior surfaces with a brush, roller or broom. It's suitable for maintaining flat roofs and will cover 2 m² per litre on average.
On cold, damp days drying and re-coat times will take longer, so for best results, use on a dry day above 10C. Give the tin a really good stir before & during use. You can apply this using a brush, roller or soft broom whichever you prefer. Apply in long, smooth strokes over the area of repair. Wait 6 hours before putting on a second coat
